Case Management

Cook Inlet Counseling offers recovery support, assistance in accessing resources and agency coordination before, during, and after any of the other offered services. This service involves meeting with our Case Manager at least once per month, or as needed based on individual needs. The process begins with a screening of needs, which leads to collaborative planning, linking, coordinating, monitoring, and advocacy for the options you select to meet your recovery needs.

Our case manager works to provide personalized care that supports connection to services and agencies throughout our community and state, accessing grant funding or specialized care for people who choose medication assisted treatment supports.
